Adapted from an old Issan recipe, this sauce combines the fresh flavours of Coriander, Lime, Garlic, Fish Sauce and Soy as its main characteristics.
Perfect for Pork, Seafood and Vegetables this sauce packs a little punch. Using mainly Thai Birdseye chillies for their aromatic flavour it produces a warm heat that lingers but doesn't overpower.
