Magnetic Clay Bath is formulated with premium clays, free of emulsifiers, and will clump if improperly mixed. To reach full therapeutic potential, clay powder should be completely hydrated and free of clumps.

Full Body Baths: 1 to 3 cups (236-700ml), water temp 38-40?C, bathe for 10-20 minutes. Start with 1 cup of clay powder per bath, and increase by 1 cup with each successive bath treatment. Sensitive individuals should use less clay powder and/or stay in the bath for less time.
Foot Baths: 1 to 2 cups (236-475ml), water temp 38-40?C, soak feet for 20-30 minutes. Use a non-metallic foot basin and enough clay/water mixture to cover ankles. The preferred method (blender mixing) to prepare clay foot baths is required for optimal results.

1. Preparing a Bath (Preferred Method): For best results, and most efficient hydration of the clay, add 1/2 cup (118ml) of clay powder to a standard kitchen blender that is 3/4 full of warm water. Blend briefly until smooth, then add to bath water. Repeat previous steps until you have added desired amount of clay to your bath or foot bath.

(Alternate Method): Slowly sprinkle measured clay powder into warm, running bath water, thoroughly mixing clay with a whisk or similar utensil. Tiny clumps are normal. Do not fill tub or foot bath more than half way. Let mixed clay sit in the tub for 15-20 minutes to allow the clay to fully hydrate. Then add more hot or cool water as necessary to achieve desired temp.

2. Bathing & Clean Up: Submerge as much of your body as practical, and stir the water to circulate the clay while bathing. After allotted time, allow tub to drain. Rinse remaining residue down the drain and continue to run warm water for 1-2 minutes to ensure clean drainage. Take a tepid shower and rinse skin to remove clay residue.

3. Post-Bath Care: Moisturize skin with a natural, chemical-free moisturizer to relieve any dryness. Some minerals and electrolytes may be depleted during your bath session and should be replenished as soon as possible. Drink plenty of mineral-rich spring water, herbal tea, and rest.

This product is safe for drains and septic tanks, provided the clay is properly hydrated. Take care to thoroughly rinse clay residue off any mixing utensils immediately after use.

Directions for Use
Essenzza Fuss Free Silk Facial Treatment Masks are made from the highest grade silk cotton resulting in an exquisite, smooth, soft finish to the skin. Silk cotton is a fine delicate fabric so requires some protection in the sachet prior to purchase. As a result the mask has three layers. You should follow these instructions, particularly if you are a first time user, to understand which layers should be peeled away and in which order:
1. Open the sachet and gently pull out the folded mask.
2. Unfold the mask to reveal the shape of a face and the cut away areas for the eyes, nose and mouth. The mask has three layers (two outer layers, white and blue, to protect the silk in the middle).
3. Before applying to the face, gently peel away the shiny white layer to reveal the silk cotton and a second 'blue' protective cotton layer.
4. Stand in front of a mirror. Using both hands, hold and apply both layers to the face, BUT apply the Silk layer FIRST to the face, over the eyes, nose and mouth. At this point make sure you have not applied the 'blue' layer to the skin - looking in the mirror you should see the blue layer as it is now furthest away from the skin.
5. Once the silk cotton is covering the face you will need to gently peel away the remaining outer blue layer. Locate either of the 'cut-outs' on either side of the mask, left or right below your ear. Holding down the silk layer in the 'cut-out' area with one hand, peel away the blue layer from side to side, leaving the silk in contact with the skin.
6. Discard the blue layer and gently ensure the silk cotton is in flat contact to the skin, pressing away any air bubble pockets so that the whole mask hugs the contours of the skin for maximum effect, especially around the eyes, nose and mouth.
7. Now you can relax for ideally 20-30 minutes. Lying down is optional but may be more relaxing and enjoyable.
8. When finished discard the silk cotton. The face will be still quite moist but if left the skin will naturally dry leaving a smooth silk sensation. If you prefer to remove the moisture, gently use a warm flannel to remove unwanted excess moisture. It can take a long time for the excess formulation to absorb, you might even think it feels 'sticky' but this is normal and if uncomfortable then simply massage like a normal moisturiser. Do not go to sleep with excess formulation still on the skin.

Keep out of reach of children. Discard after use.

Warnings
Should you experience any reaction whatsoever then it is advisable to remove the mask immediately and discard.
Wash your face and all areas immediately with pure cold water to remove any residue formulation if itching or a reaction occurs.
Not all skin types are the same and whilst all Essenzza Fuss Free Naturals Face Masks have been dermatologically tested in an approved laboratory, please use with caution.

We only advise using a mask for 20-30 mins. Do not go straight to sleep with formulation residue on your skin, always wipe away excess with one of our wipes.

Please read through the instructions prior to commencing your treatment and refer to the booklet at all times. Below is a summary of some important points to remember at all times. We suggest that a partner or friend observes the process and assists you at all times.

A friend or partner must observe the whole treatment and assist by holding the ear candle upright vertical position while the candle is burning, at all times. The candle MUST be held at a ninety degree upright vertical angle to the ear and not leaning at any time.
Ensure that you are in a safe environment - indoors, with no 'through' drafts' as this can affect how the candle burns. Identify any flammable materials that you may be wearing or are nearby and remove these.
Adult supervision is required at all times - please ensure ear candles and matches etc. are always stored away from children in a safe place.
Your partner should extinguish the candle on your behalf as it approaches the designated 'stop' ring on each candle.
Preparation:

Lay down resting your head sideways on a comfortable pillow, placing a small warm wet towel around your ear, covering your hair, eyes and cheek area.
Insert the candle through the protective disk provided, filter end first, up to the stop mark. The disk must be used at ALL times for your added protection. If for any reason you do not have a disk then please use a paper plate or some card. Enough to cover the whole cheek and eye area.
Gently place the ear candle vertically in the ear, filter end first, twisting gently to create a seal between the candle and your ear. Be careful not to force the candle too far into your ear.
When ready your partner should light the top of the candle and the crackling sound of fire will be heard. Don't be alarmed this is normal.
Your partner should hold the candle for the entire process and not walk away or leave you. This will ensure that the candle is held at the required 90 degree vertical angle to the ear. The candle will shortly burn at a slow steady pace for approximately 8-10 minutes, the desired optimum time.
When the flame reaches the 'stop mark' your partner should extinguish the candle in a glass of water ready nearby.
Have a short rest for a few minutes, turn over and simply repeat for the second ear when ready.
After using both candles we highly recommend remaining laid down for 5-10 minutes, the same way you would after a massage. This will significantly enhance the experience and place you in a deep state of relaxation ready for a good night's sleep.
How frequently should Ear Candles be used? This is a personal choice and we cannot advise a specific answer as ear candles can and are used for many different purposes specific to the individual's needs. Some use candles every week, some less frequently. Find the right balance for your own improved wellbeing.

Always store candles in a safe, secure place away from children when not in use.

As this product is made from natural ingredients, they will sometimes settle. For best results, please shake well before use.
Spray the product directly onto kitchen surfaces and appliances and wipe thoroughly with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. For the best cleaning results, we recommend using a microfibre cloth. That way, you get cleaner surfaces with the same effort because the microfibre is picking up more particles than a normal cloth.
We do recommend spot testing on surfaces other than specified before use. This product contains pure essential oils. So, please keep out of reach of children.

Directions for Use
After you have removed your sheets and pillow cases for changing, spray at arm's length directly on mattresses and pillows, allow to dry for a few minutes so not to leave bedding wet. Once touch dry, put on your fresh linen. It leaves your bedding smelling so beautiful and fresh. Use at every linen change.
