A herbal infusion made from the whole flowers of the plant, chamomile has traditionally been used for a range of therapeutic benefits, including the ability to aid digestive function, support the nervous system and help alleviate anxiety. It offers anti-inflammatory properties and supports healthy sleep cycles. Delicate, calming and caffeine free, chamomile offers a subtly sweet and floral flavour.

Directions for Use
Brewing:
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C-85°C and allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
