This holistic blend offers a refreshing mint flavour, with delicate hints of lemon, sage and soft lavender.

Certified organic sage, peppermint, licorice root, red clover, lavender, lemon balm.

Directions for Use
Brewing:
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°-85° and allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
