Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to restore vitality and support energy production. Siberian ginseng, rhodiola, and astragalus, offer therapeutic qualities, that have traditionally been used to enhance energy production, reduce fatigue, and help support physical endurance. This holistic and harmonizing tonic offers a balanced flavour of sweet and zesty herbs.
Ingredients:
Certified organic rhodiola, astragalus, licorice root, siberian ginseng, green tea*, spearmint, ginger*.

Directions for Use
Brewing:
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°-85° and allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
