Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to reduce inflammation throughout the body. Herbs including turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon, have traditionally been used synergistically to help reduce inflammation, improve circulation and offer powerful antioxidant properties. This blend has a warming and naturally stimulating quality, with sweet hints of honey bush and cinnamon.
This blend is caffeine free.
Ingredients:
Certified organic turmeric, cinnamon, rooibos*, ginger*, black pepper*.
*Fair trade ingredients.
Origin:
Sumatra, Sri Lanka, South Africa.
Directions for Use
Brewing:
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°-85° and allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
