Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to help support a deeper, more rejuvenating sleep cycle. Herbs used in this blend, including passion flower, valerian and lavender, have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, aid relaxation and improves sleep quality. The certified organic tea is a gentle, comforting blend of earthy botanicals, which offers a smooth, slightly sweet and refined mint finish.
This blend is caffeine free.
Ingredients:
Certified organic valerian root, licorice root, spearmint, chamomile, passionflower, lavender.
Origin:
Egypt, India, Poland, China.
Directions for Use
Brewing:
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc-85ºc and allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
