You will receive one boneless pork leg; it will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 5-7 days from the day it is packed.

Our certified organic pigs are:

- Hung on the bone (dry aged), further contributing to its depth of flavour.
- Raised slowly and naturally with care.
- Raised on a certified organic farm where they forage for grass and certified organic grains.
