Chuck Steak Details

Cut from the shoulder, an area where the muscle gets a lot of work this is a cut that is full of flavour and becomes tender with slow cooking.

You will receive one piece of chuck steak weighing approximately 700g. The steak will be delivered fresh not frozen, and vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 14 days from the day it's packaged.
