Directions for Use
Simply place your Heated Neck Wrap in its protective bag and place in the microwave for 30 seconds initially and adjust in smaller increments of 15 seconds depending on the strength of your microwave and your desired temperature.
Please be aware that over heating your neck wrap may cause damage to the material and ensure that you test the heating requirements of your microwave. The wattage of microwaves tend to vary from 600w to 1200w, so please check your wattage and do not exceed 30 seconds in the microwave when first heating.
Once heated, carefully remove it from the microwave and use your hand to check the temperature before placing around your neck and shoulders.

Seal the pack in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for the time recommended on the pack.

For Hot Treatment- Oven:
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Insert the pack into an oven-safe bag.
Lower the oven temperature to 50deg;C. Place the bag in the oven for the time recommended on the pack. Check the pack at 5, 10 and 15 minutes to obtain the desired temperature.

For Hot Treatment - Microwave:
Heat the pack in a turntable microwave set to High for the time recommended on the pack.
As a safety measure, always place a glass of water in the microwave to reduce the risk of the pack overheating.
WARNING: Never use recycled paper products in microwave ovens unless they are specifically approved for microwave use. Some recycled products including paper towels and even waxed paper may contain minute metal flecks. When a microwave oven is operating, the interaction between microwaves and the metal can cause sparks and even flames.
