The fresh, clean aroma of Spearmint Essential Oil blends well with other essential oils including peppermint, rosemary, basil, bay laurel, orange and lavender. It is a somehwat more subtle oil than Peppermint because it contains significantly less menthol, but can be used for similar fragrancing applications. It may be useful for asthma, exhaustion, fever, flatulence, headache, nausea, scabies and vertigo.

Massage: Add 5 drops to 10ml carrier oil.
Bath: Add 12-20 drops in full bath.
Vaporise: Add 8-10 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
